Gold refining is the operation by which high purity gold is obtained. The refining technology allows isolating gold from silver and other metals present in the base bullion. The State Mint obtains 999,8‰ gold purity.
The State Mint buys gold. The offered price is 80% of the day price of fine gold as listed by the NBR.
Either manual or mechanic, engraving is realised in metal or plastic, usually on flat surfaces. Text engraving can be performed on 3D surfaces.
The existing galvanic baths allow multiple technology options: selective coats of gold and silver, actual gold plating, cleaning/degreasing of gold and silver objects. The decorative solution of dark patina for silver is also available.
